Above: Dr Karen Bultitude demonstrating ‘Musical Coat-hangers.’ This trick works by hanging coat-hangers from the audience’s index fingers with string then asking them to put their fingers in their ears. If you hit the hanger with a metal object the person will hear a loud deep chime.
